We offer a 15-day return policy from the date the customer receives the order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Include original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Not show signs of damage, misuse, or modification.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof when requested.
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Personalized products
- Hygiene or personal care items
- Digital products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
We provide a limited 90-day warranty covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear, liquids, or unauthorized modifications.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–15 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or warranty claims in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of this policy.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable under local law.
